Dental Appointments
We value your time. When making an appointment with our practice, we will do our best to see you on time. When scheduling an appointment at our Columbia dental office, please remember that our dental team has reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible (at least 48 business hours) to allow us to treat other patients at that time.
Dental Emergency
If you or your child are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office as soon as possible. We will do our very best to schedule you for an emergency appointment as soon as possible and make recommendations to alleviate any pain immediately. Dental emergencies include:
- Broken or damaged teeth
- Infection or severe oral pain
- Broken orthodontic brackets
- Accidents causing pain or damage to your teeth
Financial Options
All financial options will always be discussed with you before treatment begins. Our patients pay for their treatment at the time of service. As a courtesy to patients with dental benefit plans, we are happy to electronically file your claim form on the day services are rendered, if applicable. Any reimbursements will be sent directly to you.
